Users should be able to scroll through each post in the search results so that they may be examined. This approach improves access to information during an inquiry and maintains the company’s compliance.
Static or dynamic archiving is possible. Static PDF files include a picture of a social media post and links and comments. Archives can also be kept in a dynamic system that provides bespoke search features, allowing an organization’s legal staff to find data and all relevant postings with a single search.
